Site Visit & Evaluation
$100 Minimum
This service includes a site visit (if possible), essential design consultation for your residential project. It covers fundamental aspects of planning and a brief overview of house customization options.
Schematic preliminary plan(s) including a fee proposal is drawn up within a few days of initial consultation, for your review and approval. Any changes required by you are made at this time before a deposit is required

50% Deposit Required
Upon your approval of preliminary drawings and fee proposal provided, a 50% deposit is required to start the design of permit-ready construction documents and construction administration process.
Permit-Ready Construction Documents
$2.50 Per Square Foot

Our pricing is simple: $2.50 per square foot for permit-ready construction documents, so you can budget easily. If you want changes after approval, our hourly rate is $85.00, which helps us meet your requests without delaying the project. This approach ensures your custom home design stays on track.
